Gluten Free Stuffed Mushrooms
These gluten-free stuffed mushrooms are filled with a delicious mixture of cream cheese, bacon, and herbs.

- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Cream cheese - 4 ounces
- Large mushrooms - 12

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing it down slightly.
- Finely chop the mushroom stems and sprinkle them over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
