Gluten Free Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Avocado - 1, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Green chilies - 1 can, diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- White beans - 2 cans, drained and rinsed
- Chicken breasts - 1.5 lbs, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the white beans, diced onion, minced garlic, diced green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
