Glazed Baby Carrots
Sweet and savory glazed baby carrots cooked to perfection. A perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Baby carrots - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and then carrots and cook until tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Drain the carrots and add back to pan with butter, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
- Cook until a glaze coats the carrots, 5 minutes.
- Serve carrots garnished with chopped parsley.
