Garlic Rosemary Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Potatoes - 2 pounds, peeled and quartered
Let's Get Started
- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the garlic-rosemary butter and the milk. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
