Garlic Rosemary Dinner Rolls

Ingredients - Serves 12
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- All-purpose flour - 3 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Active dry yeast - 2 1/4 teaspoons
- Warm water - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes, or until the yeast is foamy.
- Add the olive oil, salt, rosemary, garlic, and 2 cups of the flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
- Gradually add the remaining flour, stirring until a dough forms.

- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cover the rolls with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Brush the rolls with the melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
