Garlic Parmesan Grilled Corn

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Peel back the corn husks, but do not remove them. Remove the silk and then brush the corn with the garlic parmesan butter.
  5. Pull the husks back up to cover the corn and then place the corn on the grill.
  6. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
