Garlic Parmesan Grilled Corn
This delicious grilled corn recipe is topped with a garlic parmesan butter for a tasty twist on a classic summer side dish.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Corn on the cob - 4 ears
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Peel back the corn husks, but do not remove them. Remove the silk and then brush the corn with the garlic parmesan butter.
- Pull the husks back up to cover the corn and then place the corn on the grill.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
