Garlic Mashed Potatoes

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Potatoes - 2 pounds, peeled and quartered
Let's Get Started
- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
