Garlic Herb Hashbrowns

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mixed herbs - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Potatoes - 4 medium, peeled and grated

- Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
