Ingredients - Serves 4
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mixed herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary) - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
