Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the cut potatoes with the olive oil and salt, then spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. While the fries are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Remove the fries from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
