Garlic Fries

- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 large, cut into fries

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cut potatoes with the olive oil and salt, then spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
