Garlic Chicken Curry

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  7. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  8. Cover the pan and let the curry simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro over the curry. Stir well.
