Garlic Butter T Bone Steak with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Loaded Baked Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, prick with a fork, and bake for 1 hour.
  2. While the potatoes are baking, season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Add the minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet and baste the steak for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  4. Once the potatoes are done, cut a slit in the top and fluff the inside with a fork. Top with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
  5. Serve the steak with the roasted Brussels sprouts and loaded baked potatoes.
