Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients - Serves 2
- Fresh thyme - 1 sprig
- Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ribeye steak - 2 (1-inch thick)
Let's Get Started
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.

- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
