  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub it in with your hands.
  4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
