Garlic and Zucchini Beef Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and zucchini. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until zucchini is tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and zucchini.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
