Garlic and Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, water, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Return the shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the garlic and ginger shrimp stir fry over cooked rice.
