Garbage Plate

A Rochester, New York classic, the Garbage Plate is a mishmash of deliciously greasy foods piled onto one plate. It typically includes a combination of cheeseburger, hot dogs, white hots, Italian sausages, chicken tenders, fish, fried ham, grilled cheese, or eggs, served on top of one or two of the following: home fries, fries, beans, and mac salad.
