Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the onion and garlic until tender.
  4. Add the pinto beans, kidney beans, baked beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Return the bacon and ground beef to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover the skillet and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
