Gambir is a traditional Indonesian herbal drink made from gambir leaves and spices.

- Cardamom - 2 pods
- Cloves - 3
- Cinnamon - 1 stick
- Palm sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 2 cups
- Gambir leaves - 2 tablespoons, dried
Let's Get Started
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the gambir leaves, palm sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, and cardamom pods to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
