Ingredients - Serves 4
- Thai chili peppers - 2, sliced (optional)
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Cashews - 1 cup
- Chicken breast - 500g, sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chicken breast. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add sliced onion, red bell pepper, and cashews. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sliced Thai chili peppers (if desired).
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
