  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced chicken breast. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  6. Add cashews and stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sliced Thai chili peppers (optional).
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
