Futomaki

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pickled ginger - For serving
- Wasabi - For serving
- Soy sauce - For dipping

- Avocado - 1, sliced

- Nori (seaweed sheets) - 4 sheets
- Sushi rice - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Let it cool.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving about 1 inch at the top free of rice.
- Arrange the cucumber, carrot, avocado, and pickled radish in a line in the center of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying some pressure.
- Wet a sharp knife and slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
