Fried Plantains
These crispy and sweet fried plantains make a delicious side dish or snack.

- Salt - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
- Ripe plantains - 2

- Peel the plantains and cut them into diagonal slices, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
