- Tartar sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Tomato - 2 slices
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 2
- Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cornmeal - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- White fish fillets - 2
Let's Get Started
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture to coat evenly.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the coated fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

- Spread tartar sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

- Cover with the top half of the bun.
