- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 2 medium, peeled and thinly sliced
- Montasio cheese - 200 grams, grated

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the potato slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are soft and golden, about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the grated Montasio cheese evenly over the potatoes.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Let the frico cool for a few minutes before cutting it into wedges.
