Florentine Butter Chicken
This Florentine Butter Chicken is a rich and creamy dish that combines juicy chicken with fresh spinach and a buttery garlic sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Spinach - 2 cups, fresh
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Serve the Florentine Butter Chicken hot, with extra sauce spooned over the top.
