  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the steak is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
