Fisherman's Wharf Crab Rolls
A delicious seafood sandwich inspired by San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf. Fresh crab meat is tossed with celery, onion, and a creamy dressing, then served on a toasted roll.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Hot dog rolls - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Celery - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Crab meat - 1 pound, fresh or canned
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, celery, and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and toss to combine.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the inside of the hot dog rolls and toast them in the skillet until golden brown.
