Filet Mignon with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Broccoli - 1 large head, cut into florets
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Potatoes - 4 large, peeled and quartered
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Filet mignon - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the filet mignon and sear on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.

- Steam the broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water until it is tender, about 5 minutes.
