Fig and Goat Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Fresh thyme leaves - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Goat cheese - 4 oz
- Fresh figs - 6, sliced
- Frozen puff pastry - 1 sheet, thawed
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal squares.
