Fig and Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs with Walnut Crumble
These delicious stuffed figs are filled with creamy blue cheese and topped with a crunchy walnut crumble.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Blue cheese - 4 ounces
- Fresh figs - 8
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a small slit in the top of each fig and gently open it up.
- Stuff each fig with a small piece of blue cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, honey, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper.
