Fenyuan Iced Dessert

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the fenyuan and cook for 15 minutes, or until they become translucent.
  2. Drain the fenyuan and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  3. In the same pot, bring the remaining 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Let it cool.
  4. In serving bowls, add a generous amount of shaved ice. Top with the cooked fenyuan.
  5. Drizzle with the sugar syrup and condensed milk.
  6. Top with your choice of diced fruit. Serve immediately.
