Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tuna, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a pie dish. Spread the tuna mixture over the pastry.
  5. Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry and place it over the tuna mixture. Pinch the edges of the pastry together to seal.
  6. Brush the top of the pie with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
