- Sourdough bread - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Edamame beans - 2 cups, shelled and cooked
Let's Get Started
- In a food processor, combine the edamame beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Process until smooth, adding more olive oil if needed.
- Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.
- Spread the edamame mash on the toasted sourdough slices.
- Serve immediately.
