Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced pork, cooking until browned.
  3. Add the garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, white pepper, and sugar to the pan and stir well.
  4. Add the soaked shrimp to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  6. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain.
  7. To serve, place a portion of noodles in a bowl, top with the pork and shrimp mixture, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions.
