  1. Clean the shrimp and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced pork with soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and white pepper.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the minced pork to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add the chicken broth to the pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  8. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and divide into four bowls.
  9. Top each bowl of noodles with the cooked minced pork, broth, and fresh shrimp.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
