Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cilantro - A handful, chopped
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Egg noodles - 4 servings
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Rice wine - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Minced pork - 200 grams
- Fresh shrimp - 16 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Clean the shrimp and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the minced pork with soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and white pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the minced pork to the pan and cook until browned.

- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
