Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the rice until it is soft and let it cool.
  2. Add the curd to the cooled rice and mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  5. When the mustard seeds start to splutter, add the curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger.
  6. Fry for a few seconds and then add this tempering to the curd rice.
  7. Mix well and serve chilled.
