Parmesan Crusted Salmon Burgers

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into chunks and place them in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Transfer the chopped salmon to a bowl and add the beaten egg. Mix well to combine.
  4. Divide the salmon mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  5. Coat each salmon patty with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the salmon patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Toast the burger buns if desired.
  9. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  10. Place a salmon patty on top of the mayonnaise.
  11. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion.
  12. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  13. Serve the parmesan crusted salmon burgers immediately and enjoy!
