Creamy Chicken Piccata

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Capers - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
