Creamy Boston Seafood Pasta

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp, scallops, and lobster to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
  4. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. While the sauce is cooking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Stir until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
  7. Add the cooked seafood back to the skillet. Stir until the seafood is heated through and coated in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley before serving.
