Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pasta - 1 pound
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Lobster meat - 1/2 pound
- Scallops - 1/2 pound
- Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and lobster to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
- While the sauce is cooking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Stir until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
- Add the cooked seafood back to the skillet. Stir until the seafood is heated through and coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley before serving.
