Crab Meat Soup Dumpling

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Dumpling wrappers - 20
- Pork aspic - 1 cup, diced
- Crab meat - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Combine the crab meat, pork aspic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and pinch to seal.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for 15 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce for dipping.
