Crab Cake Sandwich

Ingredients - Serves 2
- Tartar sauce - 1/4 cup
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - A few leaves
- Buns - 2, toasted
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Old bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Crab meat - 1 pound, lump or jumbo lump
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
