Crab and Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the crab and spinach mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
