Corn and Jalapeño Dip

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the corn and jalapeño and cook until the corn is golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, the corn and jalapeño mixture, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top with the sliced green onions before serving.
