Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the steak into thin strips.
  6. Slice the crusty bread rolls in half lengthwise.
  7. Spread chimichurri sauce on both sides of the bread.
  8. Layer the lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onion, and grilled steak on the bottom half of the bread.
  9. Cover with the top half of the bread.
  10. Serve the Churrasco sandwich and enjoy!
