Chuck Steak with Red Wine Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chuck steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.
  5. Transfer the steaks to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the red wine sauce.
