Chuck Steak with Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Beef broth - 1 cup
- Red wine - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chuck steak - 4 pieces, 6 oz each
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chuck steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.
