- Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chuck eye steak - 2 (8-ounce) steaks
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat.
