Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers and carrots and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the wok. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
  8. Garnish with the chopped green onions before serving.
