Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the fish fillets and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the fish from the pot and set aside. Continue to simmer the soup for another 10 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the ladolemono.
  7. Pour the ladolemono into the soup and stir well.
  8. Serve the soup hot, with the fish fillets on top.
