- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Chipotle mayo - 4 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Burger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chorizo - 1/2 pound
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and chorizo. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
